Agreement

By creating a MyTruzu account you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to do so.

The service

MyTruzu aggregates reviews from platforms you connect (Google, Yelp, Facebook), computes a listing health score, drafts AI-generated reply and review-request suggestions for your approval, and can send review requests to customers you provide. We don't post anything to Google or Yelp on your behalf — those replies are yours to copy over. Where you connect a Facebook Page, we read that Page's data under the permissions you grant; we don't post to Facebook on your behalf either unless a feature explicitly says so.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the business and customer information you enter.
• You're responsible for how you use AI-drafted content — review it before sending or posting it anywhere.
• You must have a legitimate business relationship with, and appropriate consent from, anyone you add as a review-request recipient. Don't use MyTruzu to send unsolicited messages.
• You won't use MyTruzu to manipulate reviews — for example, offering incentives contingent on a positive review, or routing customers to leave reviews based on their sentiment. This risks your accounts being penalized by the platforms themselves and violates their terms.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current period. Prices may change with notice.

Disclaimers

MyTruzu is provided "as is." We rely on third-party platforms and APIs (Google, Yelp, Facebook, our aggregator, our AI provider) for core functionality, and we're not responsible for their outages, policy changes, or data accuracy. AI-drafted content may occasionally be inaccurate — you're responsible for reviewing it before use. We don't guarantee any specific review volume, rating, or business outcome.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay. See our Privacy Policy for how to request deletion of your data.
